* 10:45 — Meet at PHS shop to carpool to the barbecue
* 11:00 — Arrive at the barbecue
* 12:45 — Leave for Da Vinci Days
* 1:00 — Setup the field
* 3:00 — Official scrimmage starts
* 6:00 — Scrimmage ends, pack up and return to the shop
* 7:00 — We should be back the shop and unpacked
